Wilkies Curry sauce
1/2 table spoon Ground Cummin

2 Bay Leaves
3in. Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves (if you like em)
Cocoanut milk
1 table spoon Mango Chutney
""""""""""""""". Lime pickle
4. Cardamom pods (crushed)
Gounod Ginger
Tin of Tomatoes
Add to this whatever you fancy, Meat, fish, fowl, veg
Slow cook on the stove, best left to marinade and reheated and served the next day
